The objective of the stud ws to find an effect between achievement motivation, creativity and perception of student's capability and studying effectiveness. the study surveyed STIE Perbanas Jakarta students in 1999 with 50 randomly selected. The research concluded that there are positive effect between : 1) achievement motivation and studying effectiveness ( r = 0.502), 2) creativity and studying effectiveness (r = 0.364), 3) perception of student's capability and studying effectiveness (r = 0.460). Together, there is a positive effect between those three in dependent variables with studying effectiveness (R = 0.672).
