Motivation can control and channel human behaviour. People are the subject of management in organization. Managers, according to definition, must work with and through people so that they can implement management objectives. Motivation is an interesting an often confusing, subject because motivation defines, compares and elaborates people's behaviour. Capability of manager to motivate, control, direct, and communicative with employees shows the level of managerial competency.
