Ventura capital is one way of capital financing, which is capital given without any guarantees, and accompanied by management assistance including its marketing. The Venture Company gives financing to its partner company. After the partner or financed company is able to be independent, then the given capital will be returned to the Venture Company (divesture). This type of financing is appropriate financing in developing countries such as Indonesia, considering the economic crisis in this country. The fact remains that small and medium business, although having adequate capital and proper management, still needs to survive and grow into larger businesses.
