The problem in the next millenium will be population size and limited living space, so that food supply will be an issue that should be immediately addressed. On the other hand, we have witnessed the rapid development of industry, innovations, research conducted both by public and private institutions supported by bilateral and multilateral insitutions. However, there are still many problems in economy, technology, and efficiency that still need to be addressed. As a citizen in developing countries, women must participate in development programs, Women have a dual role, which should not be a psychosocial burden that determines the degree of their participation in these programs. There should be a balance in women dual role. As a Moslem in faith and our belief in Allah, religion does not forbid women to participate in development program, however they should not neglect their role as homemaker in the family.
