The purpose of this study was to determine : 1 ) women's dual role as homemaker and as worker, and 2) gender perceptions toward women's dual role. Data was collected by survey method, direct observation, and interviews. Qualitative data analysis was done through tabulation, categorization, dan descriptive analysis. he results of the study showed that dual role by women can only be done fully with assistance from the family. Gender perspectives on dual role of women were accomodiative. This perception had a great influence on dual role of women especially type of job chosen by women.
