We are living in a plural community which is still in process of transformation : from traditional to modern society. Culturally, modern society is characterized by rationality and industrial developmetn. Politically er are transforming from a centralised to a more decentralised society, from a repression of a nearly absolut power to an open and free society. I am afraid, we can fall either into totalitarianism or into anarchism. Sign to those directions are real. To stay away from those extremes, we are suggested to culturally arrange a more human community and politically a democratic one. In a human and democratoc, society, people can activate and optimalize all of its potencies and live in freedom and peace.
