Any organizarion logically needs benefits. This consists of both material and emotional benefits such as good client relationship through effective communication. Public relations play an important role to achieve a succesful activity. Nevertheless, it is not always easy for public relations to conduct this activity. Center states that there are several step which must be done by public relations to actualiza their goals. These key steps are fact finding, planning, communicating and evaluating. Doing these steps may prevent activity failure. This paper has attempted to explain the process of client-organization communication through the four steps of public relations mentioned above.
