Lecturer's tasks in the university are not teaching the student only but educating them as well Education tasks are aimed to develop the student, including helping them in developing their personality. Lecturer's needs spend some times to give counseling to the student in order to help them finding solutions for their problem. This articles discussed the counseling process that was being conducted for the sake of the students in the university.
