The objective of this paper is to explore for additional information on understanding preparing, documenting, implementing, and evaluating quality system management which was introduced by International Standard Organization well known as ISO 9000. The Method of collecting data was based on primary data and experience from the field as well as library research. The analysis used was a case study on Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Transfer (STMT) Trisakti, Jakarta. The findings of this paper show that the implementation of ISO 9000 needs full commitment of all staff in each unit, especially the top level management.
