Human Rights as a current issue is considered an important issue all over the world. Indonesia is concerned with the principle of human rights. the community must push the government to protect its citizens based on State Law no. 39 year 1999 on the humah rights and the 1945 National Constitution. Great expectation are given to the government to overcome human rights violations particularly in the new era of Indonesia.
