Nipi-structures doping super lattice semicondutor or nipi-crystal is a new electronic device equipped with lattice parameter and energy gap which can be formed by an appropriate choice of design parameters, i.e. the doping concentration and thickness of layers. the following basic parameter and its features, the applications and calculation of sub-band structure from nipi-crystal using Poisson and Shroedinger equations are presented in this paper. Also, solution of function and Eigen energy is exemplified by Shroedinger self-consistent equation, which results in the Kane function. Analytic solution of Scroedinger equation yields sensitive Kane function to fluctuation. This paper has studied the modelling of structured problem, which aligted from the poisson equation with Delphi version-1 language, and also calculation of Eigen State from Shroedinger equation in Fortran language.
