Conflict is always found in an organization. These occur among sub-ordinates, subordinates and managers, among managers. individual do not only cause conflict but also due to organization conditions. Most people believe that conflict is always negative. the author will explain about the positive aspects of conflict. Finally, conflicts could be faced and overcome. It is pertinent that the organization should prevail over conflict.
