One of the problems that has been expanded since 1960 was one increasing mis usage of drugs and juvenile delinquensy. The break through for the solution to the problem has been determined that the threat of danger of the mis usage of drugs is a national possible as a threat to the human civilization. The prevention to the mis usage of illegal sirculation of psychotropic drugs and addictive substances may have good resultls if the people comprehend and can choose options to lead their own lives with production of beneficial attitude for the individual and its surroundings.
