In the economic crisis which brings down the large industries and banking sectors, the agriculture and small / medium industries especially the engraved furnitures from Jepara, are able to stand firm, and even provide job opportunity for the lower class society. Now, the engraved furnitures from Jepara become the leading (superior) product of Jepara region. However, these industries still have many intern and extern problems and obstacles to solve. if there were no coordination between the Local Governmental of Jepara and the other governmental institutions. In the long run, this small industries will not be able to stay in business. The effort of local Jepara's government will succeed provided that the local government administration change its paradigm from bereaucratic into enterpreneurship and innovation.
