In this paper, quantum Boltzmann transport equation and its application at the semiconductor of nipi-structure are degraded by green function. In this equation, desity of state for collision is a function of probabilistic transition. This matter expressed by G (p,w) function. The collison and scattering velocity of particle is expressed by G (p,w) function. And total collison that happened be writted by R (p,w) function. The distribution for desenty of state in momentum energy coordinate is expressed by Wigner distribution function. In semiconductor of nipi-structure, a discussion of the interaction of Coulomb and screened Coulomb will be explained into Bethe-Salpeter equation.
