Controlling was defined as a process of monitoring performance and talking action to ensure desired result. It purpose is straight foward, to make sure that objectives is realizable. Controlling is action in the right way and at the right time if an organization has inadequate. Controls, it may face skyrocketing costs or is not achieving it's goals. There are some steps of the control process : - establish objectives and standards - measure actual performance - compare result eith objectives and standards - take necessary actions. Effective management, therefore needs to consider the benefits of a well designed organizational control system.
