Based on the International Law Reinforcement of sovereignity outer space as stated in the Chicago Convention, 1944 article number 1, and in line with to this convention. The republic of Indonesia Decree, a Act number 15, 1972 on iviation and its other national regulations, declare a that the Republic of Indonesia has sovereignity in aero space completely and exclusive. As a consequener development and progress of science and space technology has to be comprehensive enforcement sovereignity or space.
