What are the stages of infant's early language development ? Is ir possible for babies to achieve certain stages earlier that what it is believed ? Are there crucia factors that trigger the infant to communicate with others ? What can the parents help to ecourage the acquisition process ? Child language learning is a fascinating matter to be observed all the time. The way a child achieves and constructs words or a sentence always makes anybody around him, especially the parents or the caretakers curious. This paper gives clues of how a baby acquires his first language, particularly concerning the phonemens and words. It also gives an insight and how parents are able to play important roles in enchanging their baby first talk development. The findings in this study related to the stages achieved, show that a baby possible to achieve certain stages earlier tah it is expected due to certain conditions. Babbling, the second stage of sound prodution, is possible to be achieved three months in advance compared to two experts' generalizations. The ability to use particular voice in initiationg contact naming a certain object is also achieved two months in advance than it is generally expected.
