The goals of this research is to know jow male employee perception toward transformational leadership that be done by female super ordinate. The transformational leadership os the relation process between the super ordinate and subordinate that emphasized the shared beliefs and assumption about the organization vision. The research show that female super ordinate have the similar capability with the male one based on male subordinate perception. The famale super ordinate also acts as transformational leader and having mostly feminine stereotype.
