Women have become agreat national asset because of their sightly greater proportion than men. Nowadays, the social cultural climate in Indonesia has developed to support opprtunities for women to fully express their ideas. Knowledge and skills without women. One of several kinds of jobs that women can contributes is in the tourism field. Tourism contributes to national income as well as national welfare in general and women's welfare specifically.
