The objective of the research was to see whether the knowledge of management, empathy and attitude toward organizaion activities have same impact on the professional staff's motivation to be a Branch Manager. The research was conducted at Bank Pemerintah, Jakarta with 135 samples selected randomly. The research concludes that there are positive correlations between : 1) knowledge of management (X1) and the professional staff's motivation to be a Branch Manager (Y) with regression equation as Y = 75.69 + 0.70 X1 and ry1= 0.180, 2) empathy (X2) and the proffesional staff's motivation to be a Branch manager (Y) with regression equation as Y = 64.09 + 0.49 X2 and RY2 = 0.655 , 3) attitude toward organization activities (X3) and the professional staff's motivation to be a Branch Manager (Y) with regression equation as Y = 70.48 + 0.29 X3 and RY3 = 0.510. Together there is a positive correlation between those three independent variables and the professional staff's to be a Branch Manager with regression equation as Y = 44.302 + 0.415 X1 + 0.163 X3 and RY. 123 = 0.635.
