Government regulation No. 70 year 2001 on the airport stated that catering service is one of supported activities held at the airport. Aeroplane catering services or inflight catering have an important role in air transportation, and it has indirect influence on the continuity of the flight, and to maintain the flight that is safe, comfortable and on time. To maintance the above, the provision of transportation or the transportation to carry the food from catering that functions well is neede in order to support those activities.
