Sign of modern life is always related to change so as to achieve goals based on mututal interest and cooperation, which is to individuals in society especially in group behaviour of an organization. The problem in an organization is that modern cultural society cannot be created automatically. A process is needed to increase human relations within an organization that shows human relationship working together in a successful organization.
