Company policy to determine the price of products and services usually refletcs the opinions of agents, demand and supply. One approach to determine the price is to eliminate production cost, sale expenses, and expected profit. The approach of price decision is oriented to demand namely break-even point analysis, demand backward pricing, and demand cost curve analysis. Another approach to price decision is to decide product cost competitiveness. Several alternatives are prices above, below and similar to competitive cost.
