Today in the era reformation, Indonesian nation get the decreasing in all sector the regional economic crisis which attacks Indonesia has caused the importance of restoration in all sector. Recently, the deregulation policy at banking sector has produced various difficulties in business of banking such as merger, consolidation accusation and liquidation for the bank which is notable to compete the discussion in all around merger, consolidarion and accusation are related with the increasing of various companies which carry out fusion, merger and exprpriation, not only domestic company but also foreign company in order to prepare our selves become bussinesman in the mine of international. It has produced different option between some experts in law sector and economic sector. On the other hand, there os opinion that fusion, mergger, and expropriation the national company with foreign as action of escaping capital, but in the other side there is opinion that fusion, merger, and expropriation are usual with consideration of bussiness importance and not running the capital but it attracts the current of find to state. And the new nationalism from which is certainly with each reason, Releasing from true or not that opinion, the problem that consists of merger, consolidation and accusation are the important thing which should be examined, especially in facing the recent global area.
