The population of the research is all of the students of STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta, and the sample is the students of semester I, PPKn Department, there are 15 students. The data of the score on the new students testing is the independence variable (X), on the other hand, the dependence variable (Y) is the score of "Kewarganegaraan" in semester I. The hypothesis, there is the correlation of the score of the subjects of "Kewarganegaraan" with new student's score in year academic 2004 / 2005, The researcher will be able to fact through the correlation study, in significant level of 0.05. There is the correlation of the new students score test with the score of the subjects of "Kewarganegaran" in semester I. take the standard quality in the educarional organization, university or high school too as the goal of target.
