Economic democracy based on the Indonesia 1945 Constitution article no. 33 states that production is done by all sectors and parties in society. Economic democracy is executed by the people having a distinctive feature in the form of cooperatives based on a familiar relationship and ultimate aim of public prosperity. Economic democracy emphasized the existence of the private sector and cooperatives as well as the role of government to achieve fairness in a prosperous society. To evenly distribute development, businesses must provide more opportunity to middle-lower entrepreneurs and cooperatives in order to expand and improve their businesses by establishing opportunities, expanding capital and increasing the marketing of their products.
