The replacement of national leadership in Indonesia will have an impact on government affairs. The late of lives of people in particular the niddle lower class will be greatly impacted by government policy. Post Suharto era presidents focused on communication policy to develop the democratization process in particular its relationship with the press. In Suharto's era the press totally supported government policy. In Habibies's era freedom of the press was directed to control government policy specifically cases of corruption collusion and nepotism. In Wahid's era press were able to move freely even uncontrollably so things. This was further worselning by Mr, Wahid's belief that the communicatin can take care of themswlves without givernment intervention.
