(HILANG) The linkage between Bank and Self Help Group (PHBK) is a way to overcome problems encountered in small enterprise development, not only its financial aspects, but also others such as marketing, production and management aspects. There are three institutions that are involved in this project. The bank as a financial institution or source of funding. Self help groups as small enterprise actor and non-government group (NGO) as facilitatior that provide techinal assistance related to marketing, production and management aspects. Those threee institutions work in mutual cooperation. In fact, PHBK was implemented in limited areas and participants. Because, PHBK handled a project and not a program, not lack of socialization made PHBK limited in several participants. Due to its success, in the future PHBK should be adapted as a model and transformed from a project into a sustainable program model. Therefore, PHBK as a model must be socialized to a wider segment in society so that more participants are able to join small enterprise development in Indonesia.
