The study analyzed gender disparity and credit achievement of LPND researcher's scientific productivity according to National P2JP standards. Data collected was based in registered credit of researchers assessed by the P2JP national secretarial between January 2001-September 2003. Data analysis used Chi square test with alpha of 0.05. The study concluded that there was no gender disparity of scientific productivity. The proportion of male and female in that fulfilled credit requirement from various research institutions are LIPI (75.78% males, 77.09% females), LAPAN (74.01% males, 75.28% females), BATAN (76.7% males, 72.28% females), BPPT (65.41% males, 71.83% females), Bakosurtanal (56.76% males, 100% females) and BSN (87.5% males, 66.67% females)
