Nowadays, radio business is entering a competitive situation. Therefore, it is necessary that radio management consider strategies to capture audience loyalty to maintain listener's preference. The public relations officer of the radio station should take into account 6 steps namely : 1) listen to the audience, 2) incorporate their needs, 3) identity the essence of needs, 4) sympathize, 5) influencing buying decision, and 6) build relationship with audience. Success should be maintained, while seeking breakthroughs such as talk shows with experts to discuss current issues, and conduct livetalk shows outside the studio.
