Owing to a long and strenuous effort, the Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) isfinally proven asas avior for Indonesian people the crisis period. In this article, the writer wants to present what extent the possibility of Corporate Governance can be implemented to SMEs in Indonesian, in the hope of improving SMEs performance both financially and non financially, so that it will decrease the poverly level which eventually can increase the welfare of the Indonesian people.
