Return is one of the motivator in investment process. Most of the investors use the indicator of return to compare to other investment alternatives. Return indicator measurement with historical method are useful to make sure the investment are succeed and to predict the opportunity in the future. This research try to analysize the factors that influence return such as fundamental factors, macro economic indicator, micro economic indicator and systematic risk.
