Simulation is the imitation of a system using a software computer model, use to evaluate and improve a system. Simulation provides to validate the best decision are being made, because today trial and error methods of decision making are no longer adequate. This research wants to know how the design of motorcycle washing queue that can serve the customers efficiently and get a lot of advantages. The result of this simulation recommends that design of motorcycle washing queue employed 6 workers in one station (washing and moping). This design gives advantage equal to Rp 208.115,- , the number customers have been served by the system are 89 customers. Suggested for the next research considers the 3rd scenario.
