Economic and monetary crisis which happened in Indonesia brought negative impact to the employee and the company. It reflected in decreasing the purchase power among employees and the changing of working system in PT Bank “X”. Furthermore employee’s motivation, was also decreasing. The company willingness at middle management level to face the challenge of the future is starting point which has to be developed by the company. The employer’s ability to understand human resources management can give the support and motivation to the employee, because motivator is one of important rules in organization. This ability can learned by any employer in the company but it needs willingness and enthusiasm to implement it.
