The purchasing decision process of consumer is pushed by stimulation of production sales conducted by producer. This includes, product, price, promotion and distribution. Whereas, the steps of those process consists of recognizing problems, seeking of information, evaluation, decidion and behaviour after purchasing. The consumer behavioural after purchasing can be in the form of loyalty swicth, paymore, external response and internal response to the product of the company. Research conducted to 100 responder using of tire of radial shows dominant factor which influences purchasing and satisfaction of the consumer. These are : 1. pleasure and security factor in driving equal to 77 2. first time getting information concenring tire of radial from friend, and neighbour equal to 54 3. 43 % consumers know about brand more than company which producing tire types 4. consumer's chosen of the radial because of pleasure and security quality factor equal to 70 % 5. purchasing decision to the available chosen brand is being influenced by factor decision of their ownselves equal to 80 %. As a result of this research analysis, companies which producing type of radial tire should be better continue to maintain and try to improve these good product attribute of radial tire.
