Isi artikelThe objective of this research is to know and to analyse between service elements according to the level of consumers' needs and the performances conducted by taxi's companies. From both, the 100 taxi's consumer responders in jakarta, and importance performance analysis by using diagram of kartesius, it is shown that accuracy, legitimacy of taxi's argo usage, at the same service without making the differences between short or long distance, and the needs passenger's savety as the main factors by the taxi's companies as according to consumer expectation should still be continued. Besides, other main priority factors which must be conducted by company based on consumer expectation is that the companies have to quickly listen carefully to consumer and drive.
