Image compressing process is data condense process when will get result of file in smaller size that origin one, and if the data condense needs again, it will decompress into the origin one. The condensed result, as problem appears still big and often needed long time process. It makes new and fast image compress for the reason. Back Error Propagation is algorithm used by multi - layer feedforward architecture because of simple, fast, and detailed. The test result shows that learning constant, node unit hidden total, and average error value influences speed and successful image compress process.
