Aeroplane arrival scheduling process in airport considers landing total and launching pad used. Aeroplane minimum time needed to be back landing in the same airport is 2 hours. However, the problem is how to use launching pad optimally in that time. The objective is to make use launching pad degree which notices good landing in sequence. Ordered Based Crossover (OBX) is used as method by considering aeroplane arrival scheduling. The experiment result indicates OBX applied will give optimally result. Fitness value get minimally and computation time is 3 ? 32 ? ?. Meanwhile, launching pad is not optimally used, still fewer than 10 %.
