Induction motors are widely used in industry as an alternative for DC motor. The problem arises in controlling induction motor is high nonlinearity. A realiable conventional control is PID control, but the constraint is the difficulty to determine the parameters. In this research it is overcome by using Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) which is capable of finding the parameters and doing self tuning without any interaction with the operator. The result shows that fuzzy logic can be used in tuning the PID controller and the system can be implemented to control of 3 phase motor speed in on line fashion.
