The use of personal computer (PC) and telephone separately creates problem when they are separated long distance or many calls coming when the PC user is busy doing computerized activities. Therefore a system is needed to help a PC user to use telephone at the same time via the PC. The objective of this research is to design a system where digital signal processing card of telephone can be attached to the PC Input Output (I / O) port and Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) slot expansion. The result shows that the system can be used by PC user in using telephone via the PC.
