Message delivery between users cannot be done if a user does not obtain a computer facility which is connected to Internet and can not be done in mobile fashion. A system is needed to allow a message sender to use computer that is connected to Internet and a transmitter where the receiver can receive message via electronic devices with wireless technology and short message service. Therefore the objective of this research is to design and develop a microcontroller based electronic devices which can receive SMS sent through the Internet. The result shows that the whole system works well.
