The habits of discussing network capacity must be done in the next period of computer network development. Network terminal throughput measurement can be used as a support in planning network capacity and in decision making. By sending packets of data from one terminal to another terminal simultaneously, the number of data sent can be decreased. This is done during period of time and can be determined accurately. Throughput can be used as a base of consideration in network capacity planning. In this research the first step in planning network capacity is to avoid failure in the network as the number of users in the network increase.
