This paper describes a system of speaker identification using neural network with learning conctructive backpropagation. The system indentifies the real speaker based on the individual's utterance. The cepstral coefficients given by the inverse Fourier transform of the logarithm of the signal power spectrum are first processed to obtain the desired features of speech signal. This identification experiment is conducted for 50 speakers speaking the Indonesian language. The experiment show that the average of the identification error is 9.088%.
