The banking as intermediary institution between community who own disposal money and people who are hungry money, has a very important role on state economic term. The banking collects deposit from individual, government, state own enterprises and private enterprises. Then, the money collected has been channeling through credit scheme and / or investing through state own enterprises, private enterprises as weel as personal. By the fast - growing of business activities in banking sector, there sould grow awareness of the emerging white collar crime which is having international networking to start entering banking sector such as money laundering activities. Therefore, implementation of prudential banking is compulsory for the management of bank and the authorized through such policy as know your customer principle in order to anticipate and aware of happening a suspicous transaction as part of money laundering activity. Implementation of the policy of KYC principle that should be followed by law enforcement through a certain sanction for management and authority of the bank that were broken the principle may spur the growing awareness of money laundering activity amongst bank employees.
