The most important problem of urban area rubbish is caused by the big quantities of the rubbish, heterogeneous of the rubbish, and continuous increasing volume of rubbish. High operating cost is needed to treat the rubbish. Reduce, reuse, recycle, repurchase, incineration, composting, sanitary landfill are needed to manage the rubbish. Separating organic and inorganic rubbish in urban area housing is necessitates in making rubbish treatment easier. Rubbish processing wich use reduce, reuse, recycle, repurchase, incineration, composting, and sanitary landfill only need a small area and low cost. Sanitary landfill process is applied only for the rubbish which can not be used for other purpose.
