The concept of public logistic terminals (multi company distribution centers) has been expected to help alleviate traffic congestan, environment, energy and labor costs. These facilities allow more efficient logistics systems to be established and facilitate the implementation of advanced information systems and cooperative freight systems. In this research, developed choices distribution warehouse location model from several feasible sites. The problem approach that used in this developing model are integrated planning and control, single cycle policy, and ecgelon stock concept. The performance criteria that used are total cost and service level. And variable decision in this model are lot size ordering of product at central distribution warehouse, frequency ordering at consolidation distribution warehouse, and consolidation distribution warehouse location that told by binery variable (0,1). The model is non-linear mix integer programming with binary variable. By having binary variable make the problem becomes complicated so to get the optimal solution by analytical solution is not easy. Therefore, genetic hybrid algorithm is used as solution procedure to obtain an approximate optimal solution.
