Since the establishment of commission on control business competition (KPPU), the commission has handled many cases of the various violation of law no. 5 / 1999 involving big and middle businessman as the actors reported the public. The law no. 5 / 1999 and commission decision no. 5 / 2000 will face with various obstacles in their implementation, since these regulations have no firms statement that elaborates step of scrutinisation, investigation and execution of the commission's decision.
