The implication of internet technology development has caused two different impacts. From the economy view point, the internet technology development has brought efficiency in economic sectors, but from the view of law the internet technology development has emerged constraints of a novel law. An interesting aspect of discussion here is the issue of breaking copyright in the internet. The copyright law in indonesia has not firmly declared the internet copyright regulation, however is it breaking the copyright to all kinds of accessing data from internet ? The complexity of the problem and the difficulty of handling copyright violation is also discussed.
