Who will supervise governance and justice institutons ? Prof. Dr. C. F. G. Sunaryati Hartono S. H. suggest that parliamentary ombudsman established and appointed by the parliament should. It can among others, adminish chief judges who are considered procrastinating case settlement or improperly adopting judgement. It is entitiled to speak. It will stnad between the public and state and is expectedly able to press violations / deviations by bureaucrats, even justice institutions. Its accountability is made through periodic reports to the house of people's representatives thereby enabling each party to have access to the said report. If the new government will amend the constitution 1945, Prof. Sunaryati suggests that the ombudsman is given a position in political law structure. In many countries, it is indeed something new, spain for example, has just included it in her constituion after the end of totalitarian government of geenral france.
